In an interview with Adam Lisberg of the Daily News former New York City Mayor, Ed Koch talks about law makers that are holding up economic reforms in Albany.

“Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver “is the biggest enemy of reform,” former mayor Ed Koch charged Wednesday.

Koch’s New York Uprising group has collected pledges from lawmakers and candidates to change the state’s budget, ethics and redistricting rules.”
