Ovation Payroll Apps ease employee access to payroll information

May 30, 2012
by Bill Stroh

Ovation Payroll LogoOvation Payroll is making it easier for employees to access personal payroll information directly from their smartphones.  The new Apps are available for iPhone, iPad and all Android devices and may be downloaded for free in either iTunes or Android Market. Employees will be able to obtain paystubs, W2s, and even get past history.

“The majority of our new product releases over the last year have been as a direct result of feedback provided by our customers; employee self service access to payroll information on mobile devices was by far the most requested,” said Tony Tortorella, President and CEO. Tortorella continued with, “Our customers and their employees are becoming very tech savvy; it’s our challenge at Ovation to continue to develop our software to leverage and integrate with the latest technology.”

Ovation Payroll is the endorsed payroll provider of the Business Council of New York State. Headquartered in Rochester, NY Ovation Payroll provides payroll and payroll related services for small to mid-sized businesses nationwide. The company has been ranked on the Rochester Top 100 and the INC 5000 list and is one of the fastest growing payroll companies in the country. About Us

The Capital Business Blog was created by the Business Council of New York State. Our primary function is to serve as an advocate for employers in the state political and policy-making arena, working for a healthier business climate, economic growth, and jobs.

The Capital Business Blog is the place to talk about state government and how what happens in Albany affects your business and your community. We hope to be your primary source for all the political activities that take place in the halls of government. We also, hope to give you a voice with influential politicians on business related issues. Along the way we may provide you with insight into the backrooms and deal-making that rule New York.
