Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy is making the rounds talking up Start-Up New York. He was in the Capital Region on Wednesday at Empire State College to discuss the plan. Duffy said, “If we did nothing, it would stay the same, and maybe there’s certain small-level gradations of change, but this is a game-changer.”
He also said New York’s high tax rates are the biggest obstacle to economic development.
Today the Governor will be at SUNY Onondaga promoting the plan.
